Applying for Membership

At this time, we can ONLY accept membership fees by cheque or by eTransfer to our Island Savings Account, using the methods below. Also, as we are not yet a registered charity, so we regret that we cannot issue tax receipts for your membership fees or donations.
Printed: You can pick up printed forms at Apple Photo (our box is just inside the door on your left). Please fill out both front and back sides, being sure to sign the Disclaimer (Assumption of Risk) form and drop it in the box in an envelope with payment (see below).
If you are signing up for a family membership, you must submit a separate Page 2 (Assumption of Risk) form for each family member. Both forms are available at the box at Apple Photo.
Download: You can download a PDF Membership Form here. Fill out pages 1 and 2 on your computer, print it, then sign page 2 and submit with your payment (see below).

Pay by Cheque:
Drop off your cheque and your completed Membership Form and the signed Disclaimer (Assumption of Risk) form(s) at Apple Photo (our drop-off box is near the front door).
or mail them to Nature Salt Spring, 156 Harrison Ave., Salt Spring, BC, V8K 2N3. Include your cheque in the envelope.
Pay by eTransfer:
- Drop off your paper copies of the completed Membership Form and the signed Disclaimer (Assumption of Risk) Form at Apple Photo … or snail mail them to Nature Salt Spring, 156 Harrison Ave., Salt Spring, BC, V8K 2N3. Be sure to note that you are paying fees by eTransfer.
- From your bank (or credit union) account, send your eTransfer via email to join@NatureSaltSpring.org. The account will auto-deposit so does not need a password.
Families with Children Under 13 years
Note about Family Membership (NatureKids BC option).This option is only for Families with children under 13 years old. Please fill out and submit the Membership Form and one signed Disclaimer form for every member of your family. Our NatureKids coordinator will be in contact with you to explain how to pay your membership fees.
